Individual psychological therapy session (50 min)

To ensure the depth and continuity required for meaningful therapeutic work, I maintain a limited caseload. This allows me to provide the focused attention and consistency that this work requires.
Early contact is recommended for those considering therapy, as availability is limited.
Medicare rebates
You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please seek support and, where suitable, a referral from your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Medicare rebates are currently set at $98.97.

Private health insurance
Your private health insurance may cover some or all of the costs of psychology sessions. Please contact your health insurance provider to discuss terms and options.
Unfortunately Waxflower Psychology does not process private health insurance rebates directly, however you will be provided with an invoice after each session that you can use to seek reimbursement from your health insurer.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required: 48 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full session fee
Emergency Exceptions: Genuine emergencies (illness, family crisis) are handled with understanding.
